When does Food Porter launch?
On 1 January 2027 in Tilburg. Until then the app runs in test mode.
Where do you deliver?
At launch within about 5 km of Tilburg city centre. The app checks your address.
What does delivery cost?
€2.49 up to 3 km, €3.49 for 3–5 km and €4.99 for 5–10 km, plus a €0.99 service fee. Pickup has no delivery fee.
How can I pay?
Online in the app, through our payment provider (including iDEAL and card).
Do I need to download an app?
No. The app works in your browser and you can add it to your home screen.
Does the rider get my tip?
Yes, tips go 100% to the rider.
I have an allergy. What now?
Use the allergen filter in the app and contact the restaurant before ordering if in doubt.
How do I delete my account?
From your account in the app, or email privacy@foodporter.nl.
